My style is all about telling the story of your amazing day with a respectful and unobtrusive approach and by blending seamlessly with your guests. This approach puts me in the perfect place to capture all the special and unique moments.
At some point of the day I’ll ask to have some time with you to create the more intimate shots that celebrate your relationship. This includes some direction from myself and with your trust I promise you something very special.
The wedding day photography is just the beginning as while you’re away enjoying your honeymoon I will be hand editing each of your images. I ensure every effort is made in post production to enhance each image one by one so your collection is head and shoulders above the hundreds of extra images taken by family and friends.

How do I choose my wedding photographer?
For a lot of people they have never been married before so really don’t know where to start. What makes it even harder is that there are so many to choose from. Let’s start with Style. Does their style reflect how you wish your day to be captured? Really look at their images. Can they create moments of laughter, fun and love? These moments rarely just happen by themselves but are crafted by your photographer. There is usually a budget to consider so look and see how prices compare; a family member may shoot your wedding free of charge but if you hate all the images then was it really worth it? Will your wedding photographer compliment your day? After all you’ll be spending a lot of time with them!
How do I book?
I’m glad you asked! It’s very simple, just get in touch and we can get things started. If I’m available then I’m all yours! Wedding Photographers get booked up early so the sooner you contact me the more likely you are to secure your wedding date.
How long will you stay at the wedding?
Usually I will be photographing the bridal preparations from a couple of hours before the start of the ceremony through to the first dance or around 8pm. It’s not unusual to see me there later than this though enjoying the evening and capturing the party atmosphere!
Do I get copyright?
The images are yours to do with what you want except any commercial ventures to which permission should be attained.
How many images are in the album?
Difficult to put an exact number on this as it varies and it’s really whatever looks best and creates the best end result but a general guide would be 100 photographs.
How many photographs do I get?
From the word go I’m literally capturing everything so I take a lot of images. After post production is complete there are typically around 600 professionally edited images.
How long before we get our wedding photographs?
This usually takes around 4 weeks after your wedding day.
Are you insured?
Yes. I am fully insured. I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Do you take any video on the day?
I don’t but if you want a videographer on the day then I can recommend some excellent videographers.
Do you belong to a professional body?
I am a member of the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portraiture) so abide by their rules and code of conduct.
What equipment do you use and what happens if it breaks?
I use professional lenses and camera bodies for crystal clear images and always have at least 3 cameras with me just in case of any faults, this has never happened to date.
How tall are you!?
Tall enough to make buying trousers difficult!!
Will we meet you before the wedding?
I hope so! Emails may be taking over the primary form of communication but it ain’t half beneficial to have a relaxed chat about your wedding plans and for us to get to know each other better.
What are your rates?
I make it very easy by offering two wedding photography packages. I believe the best stories of the day are told with full coverage of the day from bridal preparations through to the first dance. This package is £1400. To own an incredible piece of art using your wedding images there is also my album package which is inclusive of the wedding fee and includes my luxury handmade Platinum album. This package is £1700. To secure your booking a deposit of £200 is payable on booking and will be deducted from the total cost. The outstanding balance is payable up to 30 days before your wedding day.
What does the price include?
Both packages include pre-wedding consultations. Great communication throughout. Full coverage of the day. A specially packaged stylish USB album of the best images all professionally edited, high resolution and ready to print. There is also the option for your family and friends to view your images via a password protected client area through my website.
